AIC Hotel Group - Group Concessions

Conditions apply. Group concessions are available at participating AIC Hotel Group properties and vary by brand and travel season.

All Participating Properties

For Sunday and Monday arrivals, groups receive one complimentary room for every 10 fully paid rooms, with the 11th room complimentary. Maximum of four complimentary rooms per group.

Hard Rock Hotels

High Season: One complimentary room for every 16 fully paid rooms, with the 17th room complimentary. Maximum of three complimentary rooms per group.
Mid Season: One complimentary room for every 16 fully paid rooms, with the 17th room complimentary. Maximum of four complimentary rooms per group.
Low Season: One complimentary room for every 10 fully paid rooms, with the 11th room complimentary. Maximum of four complimentary rooms per group.

UNICO Hotels

High Season: One complimentary room for every 16 fully paid rooms, with the 17th room complimentary. Maximum of three complimentary rooms per group.
Mid Season: One complimentary room for every 16 fully paid rooms, with the 17th room complimentary. Maximum of four complimentary rooms per group.
Low Season: One complimentary room for every 10 fully paid rooms, with the 11th room complimentary. Maximum of four complimentary rooms per group.

AVA Resorts

All Seasons: One complimentary room for every 10 fully paid rooms, with the 11th room complimentary. Maximum of four complimentary rooms per group.

Complimentary rooms are calculated nightly based on the lowest room category and double occupancy. Seasonal designations are determined by the individual property. All concessions are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

Envoyage - Group Travel and Destination Wedding Offer

Conditions apply. Receive up to $1,000 off a newly contracted group booking of 20 or more rooms with a minimum three-night stay per room.

Offer valid on new contracted group bookings signed between March 1 and April 30, 2026. The group contract must be signed and the initial deposit received by the promotion end date to qualify. Final payment must be made in full and on time according to the contracted due date.

The $1,000 incentive will be refunded to the designated Group Leader after travel is completed and is based on the final number of fully paid rooms at the time of departure. If the final room count falls below 20 rooms, the offer will no longer apply. No rebookings or transfers of existing groups qualify. Offer is not valid on price match bookings.

Majestic Resorts

Conditions apply. Save up to 55% on select Majestic Resorts on new bookings made between March 1 and April 30, 2026, for travel from March 1 through December 23, 2026.

Offer applies to new bookings only. Child rates apply only when sharing a room with two paying adults. Price match requests, cancellations, rebookings, or name changes are not permitted and will void the promotional rate. If the offer is withdrawn, a 48-hour window may be provided for sales confirmation.
